How long does shipping take?

In-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 4–7 business days. Pre-order and backorder items show their lead time on the product page, and that date takes precedence. Large items ship by LTL freight and the carrier calls to schedule delivery. Standard shipping is free on every US order.

Where do orders ship from?

Every order ships from within the United States — depending on the brand, from our U.S. partner warehouse or directly from the manufacturer or its authorized U.S. distributor. Either way, OffGrid Horizon is the seller of record and your single point of contact for tracking, returns and warranty help.

Is OffGrid Horizon an authorized dealer?

Yes — for every brand we carry. See our Authorized Dealer page. All products are new and carry the manufacturer's full warranty.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Some products carry an automatic in-cart discount; when they do, the product page says so and the lower price is shown in your cart before you pay. See Payment Options.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and you receive a full refund or free replacement, with no restocking fee. Changed your mind: you pay return shipping and a 25% restocking fee is deducted. Items must be unused and in original unopened packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return. Full details in our Return and Refund Policy.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — for a full refund any time before your order ships. Cancellations are not self-serve, so contact us right away at sales@offgridhorizon.com or (302) 496-3554 with your order number. In-stock orders begin processing within 1–2 business days, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation once the order has been released to the carrier. Pre-order and backorder items can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. See our Cancellation Policy.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Every product carries its manufacturer's warranty. Contact us first and we will open the claim with the manufacturer for you. See our Warranty page.
