Shipping: how fast & how it works

Free standard shipping on every US order — no shipping charges at checkout, no hidden fees, and every shipment is insured against loss or damage.

Processing: 1–2 business days. Order before 12:00 PM EST and processing begins the same day.
Delivery: 4–7 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
Large items (solar kits, batteries, shelters): delivered by LTL freight carriers such as FedEx Freight, Old Dominion or XPO. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window — please inspect the pallet and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What is your Return Policy?

At OffGrid Horizon, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost — and you’ll receive a full 100% refund or replacement, including any original shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days — as long as it’s unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

Product Description

The Nova C Tower is a steel pedestal base that turns the MF Fire Nova C into a tall, floor-to-fire column with wood storage built into the base. Because every Nova firebox ships without a base, this is one of your four options — and the one to pick if you want the fire raised closer to eye level and a day's wood within arm's reach. It suits rooms where the stove is the centerpiece rather than tucked under a mantel.

Key Features

Built-in wood storage. The base bay holds about 4 loads of Nova-sized wood, per MF Fire — enough to cut trips to the wood pile.
Fire nearer eye level. Lifts the firebox roughly 19" higher than it sits on standard legs, so you see the flames from across the room, not just up close.
Easy loading height. The raised firebox means less bending at every reload.
Simplest hearth pad. All Tower configurations need only a UL 1618 listed Type 1 ember-only pad — no thermal rating required.
Steel construction, 5-year warranty. MF Fire covers the Tower structure for 5 years (registration required).

Choosing Your Base

The Tower is the right call when you want height, presence, and storage in one piece. If you prefer a lower, more traditional stove, the leg kits cost far less — the 9" leg kit also earns the ember-only pad, while the 3" kit sits lowest but requires a Type 2 thermal pad. If you would rather have seating beside the fire than a column, the Nova Series Bench puts the Nova C at 39.5" overall with storage underneath. Going into a fireplace opening instead? That is the Nova C insert surround, not a base.

Warranty & Support

OffGrid Horizon is a family-owned, authorized MF Fire dealer. The Tower structure carries MF Fire's 5-year warranty and the stove's firebox welds carry the Limited Lifetime warranty (defined as up to 7 years) — register your products to activate coverage. Frequently Asked Questions

Will this base fit the Nova 2X?

No. Each Tower is sized to its firebox — this one fits the Nova C. The Nova 2X Tower Base is the wider, taller version for that stove.

Is the stove included?

No, this listing is the base only. Pair it with a Nova C in satin black or charcoal.

What hearth pad does a Tower installation need?

A UL 1618 listed Type 1 ember-only pad — the simplest class of pad. That holds for every Tower configuration, including with the optional Tower 6" leg kit (available separately; ask us).

Can I add a blower fan?

Yes. Tower and Bench installations use the Tower/Bench room blower fan, which differs from the freestanding version.

Can this go in a mobile home?

No. Nova stoves are UL 1482 safety listed but are not approved for mobile home installation.
