Installation

Decide first whether the stove will be gimballed — so it stays level when a sailboat heels — or built into a fixed cabinet. Both mounting options are sold separately. You will also need a propane hose, an 11-inch water column regulator and fittings. Dickinson publishes installation dimensions for the Mediterranean in its installation and operating manual, which covers clearances and propane connection details; have the gas connection made by a qualified technician.
