Free standard shipping on every US order — no shipping charges at checkout, no hidden fees, and every shipment is insured against loss or damage.

Processing: 1–2 business days. Order before 12:00 PM EST and processing begins the same day.
Delivery: 4–7 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
Large items (solar kits, batteries, shelters): delivered by LTL freight carriers such as FedEx Freight, Old Dominion or XPO. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window — please inspect the pallet and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What is your Return Policy?

At OffGrid Horizon, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost — and you’ll receive a full 100% refund or replacement, including any original shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days — as long as it’s unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

This Renogy bundle pairs the 3000W 12V pure sine wave inverter (P2 generation) with two 12V 200Ah deep cycle AGM batteries — the AC power stage and the 400Ah battery bank of an off-grid system in one order, with components specified to work together. The inverter delivers 3000W continuous and 6000W surge with pure sine wave output, and the sealed AGM batteries need no watering or maintenance beyond routine charging, per Renogy.

Shipping

With two 127.9 lb batteries, this bundle ships within the US by LTL freight on a pallet. The carrier will typically call ahead to schedule a curbside delivery. Before signing the delivery receipt, count the packages and inspect for damage — note anything on the receipt or refuse the damaged piece so your claim options stay intact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the inverter charge the batteries?

No — this is an inverter, not an inverter charger. You will need a charging source: solar panels with a charge controller, an alternator charger, or a shore-power converter. Solar arrays like the Renogy 320W N-type panel 4-pack are a common match.

What can 3000W actually run?

Add up the running watts of everything that will be on at once and check surge requirements against the 6000W peak rating — motors, compressors, and pumps draw several times their running watts at start-up. Renogy's datasheet lists the full output specifications.

How long will the batteries run my loads?

The bank stores 400Ah at 12V — 4.8kWh nominal. Planning around 50% depth of discharge (the basis of Renogy's cycle rating) gives roughly 2.4kWh per cycle: about 4 hours of a steady 600W load, as a rough arithmetic example. Real-world runtime varies with temperature, load profile, and inverter efficiency.

Are battery cables included?

No. Renogy recommends 4/0 AWG inverter cables, sized short and direct. Fusing between battery and inverter is strongly advised — call us if you want help picking components.

Can I switch the inverter on and off remotely?

Yes — the included wired remote connects by the supplied 16.4 ft RJ11 cable, so the inverter can be mounted near the batteries and switched from a convenient panel.

Is the output safe for sensitive electronics?

The inverter produces pure sine wave power with less than 3% THD per Renogy, plus GFCI protection, and is ETL listed to UL 458 and CSA 22.2 No 107.1-01.
