Processing: 1–2 business days. Order before 12:00 PM EST and processing begins the same day.
Delivery: 4–7 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
Large items (solar kits, batteries, shelters): delivered by LTL freight carriers such as FedEx Freight, Old Dominion or XPO. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window — please inspect the pallet and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What is your Return Policy?

At OffGrid Horizon, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost — and you’ll receive a full 100% refund or replacement, including any original shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days — as long as it’s unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

Sizing & System Fit

Four panels need about 42 sq ft of roof space — workable on most mid-size RV roofs. On a 12V battery bank, 800W means up to roughly 55A of charge current, so a 60A-class MPPT controller is the right match — the same class used in the Renogy 800W solar kit with REGO 60A MPPT controller. On 24V, about 28A puts you in 30-40A controller territory. Wired 2S2P, the array runs about 73V open-circuit at 12.8A operating current. Frequently Asked Questions

How is ShadowFlux different from bypass diodes?

Conventional panels use a few bypass diodes that shut down whole sections when shade hits. ShadowFlux manages shading at the cell level, so unshaded cells keep contributing. Renogy states the result is up to 85% more output in partial shade than traditional panels.

Does anti-shading mean shade doesn't matter?

No — shaded cells still produce less. ShadowFlux limits the collateral damage a shadow does to the rest of the panel. Full sun still produces the most power, so mount panels as clear of obstructions as your roof allows.

What charge controller should I use for the 4-pack?

On 12V, a 60A MPPT controller handles the full 800W. On 24V, 30-40A works. With a Voc of 36.5V per panel, check your controller's PV input limit when stringing panels in series — two in series is 73V, four is 146V, before cold-weather rise.

Can I mount these flat on my RV roof?

Yes — they're rigid framed panels compatible with standard Z-brackets, tilt mounts, and rail systems. Tilting toward the sun increases output, but flat mounting is the common RV choice and works fine.

Will these work with my existing controller?

If it's an MPPT controller with capacity for 800W at your battery voltage and PV input headroom for your string voltage, yes — Renogy states compatibility with standard MPPT controllers on 12V and 24V systems.

Can I mix ShadowFlux panels with my old panels?

Keep them on separate controller inputs. Different electrical specs in one string or parallel group waste the output you paid for — and mixing would blunt the anti-shading benefit these are built for.
