Free standard shipping on every US order — no shipping charges at checkout, no hidden fees, and every shipment is insured against loss or damage.

Processing: 1–2 business days. Order before 12:00 PM EST and processing begins the same day.
Delivery: 4–7 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
Large items (solar kits, batteries, shelters): delivered by LTL freight carriers such as FedEx Freight, Old Dominion or XPO. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window — please inspect the pallet and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What is your Return Policy?

At OffGrid Horizon, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost — and you’ll receive a full 100% refund or replacement, including any original shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days — as long as it’s unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

Product Description

The Renogy 800W 12V/24V Solar Premium Kit combines eight compact 100W 16BB N-type panels with the Rover Li 60A MPPT charge controller, plus Z brackets, pre-sized cabling, fusing, and a BT-1 Bluetooth module. It is the solar-and-charging side of an off-grid system — you supply the battery bank and, if you need 120V AC, an inverter. OffGrid Horizon is a family-owned authorized Renogy dealer serving the US market.

Who This Kit Is For

Per Renogy, this kit targets off-grid RV use, and the small-format panels are made to spread across segmented RV, van, and camper roofs. It also fits cabins and outbuildings charging a 12V or 24V bank. At 12V this array uses the Rover 60A's full 800W input rating, so it is the right pick when you want maximum charging on a 12V system from day one; on a 24V bank the controller leaves another 800W of growth room, per Renogy.

Stated assumptions: output depends on the battery bank and inverter you pair with this kit. Estimates assume 4.5 peak sun hours per day (mid-range US annual average; regional values roughly 3.5 to 5.5) and 25% combined system losses. Appliance figures are typical estimates.

Estimated daily solar harvest: 800W x 4.5 h x 0.75 ≈ 2.7kWh per day under those assumptions.
What that supports: a full RV or small-cabin day — 12V fridge (~0.9kWh), lights (~0.2kWh), router, laptops, and device charging (~0.6kWh), water pump and vent fans (~0.3kWh), TV (~0.4kWh) — with margin for cloudier days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a battery or inverter included?
No. This kit is panels, controller, wiring, fusing, brackets, and Bluetooth monitoring. Choose a battery bank sized to your loads, and add an inverter for AC output.

Can I add more panels later?
Not on a 12V bank — 800W is the Rover 60A's maximum PV input at 12V, per Renogy. Move to a 24V bank and the same controller accepts up to 1,600W.

Does it charge lithium banks?
Yes. Per Renogy, the Rover Li supports lithium charging profiles along with AGM, gel, and flooded batteries.

Why eight small panels instead of two large ones?
The 34.1 x 22.8 in format splits around roof obstructions on RVs and vans, and a shaded panel in a parallel string drags down less of the array.

What monitoring do I get?
The included BT-1 module sends the Rover's charging data to the Renogy app via Bluetooth — PV watts, battery voltage, charge stage, and daily amp-hours.

Is mounting hardware included?
Yes — eight sets of Z brackets for flat-surface mounting. Tilt and pole mounts are sold separately.
