Processing: 1–2 business days. Order before 12:00 PM EST and processing begins the same day.
Delivery: 4–7 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
Large items (solar kits, batteries, shelters): delivered by LTL freight carriers such as FedEx Freight, Old Dominion or XPO. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window — please inspect the pallet and note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What is your Return Policy?

At OffGrid Horizon, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If something doesn’t go as planned, we’ve made returns and refunds simple and fair. Here’s how it works:

1. Return Window

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after that time frame.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost — and you’ll receive a full 100% refund or replacement, including any original shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee applies.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Received something broken or not working properly? Contact us within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue either a full refund or a replacement.

4. Changed Your Mind?

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 30 days — as long as it’s unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a confirmation email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for banks or credit card companies to process and reflect the refund.

What the Renogy ONE Core Shows You

The ONE Core is a 4-in touchscreen that mounts on a wall or panel face and pulls live data from compatible Renogy equipment — including this battery's built-in Bluetooth. On screen you get real-time battery status and energy tracking across connected devices, and per Renogy it provides 24/7 energy analysis so you can see what your system is generating and consuming. Connect it to Wi-Fi and the same data is available remotely through the Renogy DC Home app and Renogy ONE Portal, useful for checking a stored RV or a remote cabin from home. It can also link Renogy smart accessories such as the Smart Plug and door, window, and motion sensors, per Renogy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I see in the app versus the panel?
Both read the battery over Bluetooth. The DC Home app on your phone shows battery status locally; the ONE Core keeps the same data on a fixed touchscreen and, with Wi-Fi, adds remote access through the Renogy ONE Portal.

Do I need Wi-Fi for the ONE Core?
No. It works locally over Bluetooth. Wi-Fi (2.4 or 5GHz) is only needed for remote monitoring away from the vehicle or cabin. Per Renogy, WPA3-only networks are not supported.

How does self-heating work?
Per Renogy, heating switches on automatically below 41°F when a stable charge current above 6A is present, and switches off above 50°F. The energy comes from the charging source, so charging in winter does not require any manual steps.

Can I add more batteries later?
Yes — parallel connection up to 8 batteries (20.48kWh total) per Renogy. Series connection is not supported on this model, so it stays a 12V platform.

What inverter size fits one battery?
With 200A continuous discharge, one battery comfortably runs about 2,000W of inverter load at 12V. For a 3,000W inverter, plan on at least two batteries in parallel.

How does the ONE Core get power?
It accepts 8-35V DC, so it wires directly to the 12V system it is monitoring, and it draws about 1.9W at 12V with the screen dark, per Renogy.
