The V-series pairs a True HEPA filter with 18 lb of activated carbon tuned for volatile organic compounds — paints, solvents, smoke, pesticides. If wildfire season or chemical odors are your concern, start here. (V714 upgrades to Super HEPA.)

🏡 Everyday dust, pollen & pet dander

🦠 Mold & germs

The UV-series adds a UV-C germicidal lamp that treats biological contaminants trapped inside the unit — the go-to for musty basements and mold-affected homes. (UV714 = Super HEPA version.)

The P-series is the flagship: Super HEPA + 18 lb carbon + UV-C + TitanClean™ photocatalytic oxidizer. Four defenses in one machine, for households that want everything covered.

🏗️ Formaldehyde & new-construction off-gassing

The F-series uses a carbon blend formulated for formaldehyde from pressed wood, new flooring and fresh paint — the renovation and new-build specialist. The F700 DLX carries an oversized 26 lb carbon bed.

🌿 Chemical sensitivity (MCS)

The G-series uses unscented, odor-free carbon and materials chosen for chemically sensitive users. Built specifically for MCS households.

🚬 Tobacco & cigar smoke

The T-series adds a TarBarrier prefilter that catches sticky smoke tars before they clog the carbon — the choice for smoking rooms, cigar lounges and hospitality spaces. T700 DLX for heavy smoke.

🏭 Industrial chemicals, gases & fumes

The C-series carries the heaviest chemical-grade carbon for workshops and industrial spaces. For welding, soldering and serious fume extraction, the Airpura 900 and 900-MAX are purpose-built extractors.

Decode the model numbers

600 vs 700: the 700 series is Airpura's current generation — same filtration philosophy, updated design. When in doubt, choose the 700.
x14 (614 / 714): upgrades the True HEPA (99.97% @ 0.3 microns) to Super HEPA (99.99%) — worth it for allergy-sensitive households.
DLX: swaps in a larger 26 lb carbon bed for heavier chemical loads.
+ (plus): adds a TiO₂-coated HEPA for the TitanClean™ system (P-series).

Sizing

Every Airpura covers roughly 2,000–2,500 sq. ft. with two air exchanges per hour — a single unit handles most homes' main living space. For whole-home coverage through your HVAC, ask us about the Whole House (600-W) systems.

What ownership costs

Prefilters change yearly (2-minute job), carbon lasts up to 2 years, HEPA 3–5 years.
